The Registration Number of the Society is MSCS/CR/413/2011 on 3rd May 2011. The area of operation of the Society shall be confined to the States of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar & Jharkhand.

NICE Agro has branches in Five States of India with a membership more than Four hundred . The organization operates through committed and dedicated eleven Board of Directors, Members , farmers and other cooperative professionals who have developed support and trust with the farmers communities.
The operational strategy includes empowering the agriculture and agricultural allied activities, the farmers , cooperative sectors to become self reliant through continuous experience sharing workshops, exposure visits, skill building and training. Orientation will also be given on livelihood support agriculture, animal husbandry, health, education, women empowerment and sanitation. The effort shall be made to enhance income through the use of farming systems technology. The organization strongly believes in working with others and learning from others experience and networking with government and local groups.
NICE Agro brings Farmers&, cooperative activists to a common forum, ensuring that their opinions, ideas and visions are collectively and effectively taken up with policy-makers and various other agencies for their economically development. It endeavours to create public awareness towards farmers contribution to the national economy and established pressure groups advocating the cause of Farmers. Interaction with government agencies and policy advocacy is a strong mandate. Its activities of assembling and representing farmers agricultural associations and enterprises of all economic sectors, is well articulated all over India.
